Winter Surrender

As Cailleach begins to sweep across near barren woods
Allowing the sacred fires to burn cherrily with the hearths
The warm scent of juniper and cedar wafting gently on darkened skies
Lacey snowflakes drift silently in the wind
Passionate lovers embrace against the cold
Awakening desire by skillful hands
That caress and pursue with fevor
Falling rapturously beyond bliss
In total surrender of each other.
